What we see for 2023

  • Businesses of all sizes will need to continue to be vigilant with how their operations are run while keeping their employees and customers’ satisfaction top priority otherwise mainstream media and anyone on social media will not hesitate to whistle blow and call them out for inaction or mishandled interactions, and unfair or poorly run operations. Brands must walk the talk. And if they trip, call us! Better yet, engage early and often with your PR expert building a solid brand and a brand your employees and customers will love.
  • We will continue to hear from strong voices and intense patient advocacy from those working on the frontlines in our crumbling health care system. Physicians, surgeons, specialists, nurses, paramedics will continue to hold the federal and provincial governments accountable for any gaslighting as wait times and patient care across the country face extremely steep hurdles ahead.
  • Collab collab collab. We will continue to see brands collaborate on proactive marketing and PR campaigns for mutual benefit. There are great creative opportunities here to reach broader audiences and more customers across all types of industries. Have an idea to partner with one of our clients? Or want to brainstorm on potential collaborations for your business? Please reach out!
  • Digital everything. Organizations will need to continue to innovate when it comes to selling their products and services. Technology companies are finding ways to deliver convenience on just about everything – buying and selling cars, comparing and finding the best price on a prescription, insurance, doctors visits, counselling, teeth straightening, prescriptive glasses and contact lenses – never mind the obvious food, transportation and the list goes on and on.
